In a decisive push to restore public faith and enforce ironclad discipline, Federal Road Safety Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed has ordered sweeping reforms across all commands.

He directed the Corps Management Team to fan out immediately for field retreats and reorientation programs, recalibrating operations to eradicate incivility and unprofessionalism.

The Corps Marshal warned that any conduct eroding public trust or the agency’s mandate will trigger swift disciplinary action under regulations, stressing that guilty personnel will face immediate consequences in line with established regulations.

Corps Public Education Officer, Assistant Corps Marshal, Olusegun Ogungbemide, detailed the focus to bolstering ethical standards, supervisory accountability, uniform enforcement, and a citizen-first mindset in daily duties.

According to him, the management team will engage key stakeholders and citizens for service feedback, driving transparency and ongoing enhancements.

Observers hail the move as a pivotal shift, cementing FRSC professionalism and transforming it into a humane, efficient road safety powerhouse.
