NAICOM, Police Synergise On Compulsory Insurance Enforcement

The Commissioner for Insurance and Chief Executive Officer of the National Insurance Commission, NAICOM , Olorundare Sunday has initiated a robust collaboration with the Nigerian Police Force to strengthen enforcement of compulsory insurances in the country.

This was made known by the Commissioner for Insurance, Olorundare Sunday during a visit to the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun in Abuja.

According to the Commissioner, this is to compliment an effort by NAICOM to deepen insurance penetration and create awareness across the country.

He urged the Police to key into the initiative to ensure compliance with the compulsory insurance requirements.

The Inspector General of Police appreciated the support of the NAICOM for insurances of the Nigerian Police Force and promised to work closely with the Commission to ensure compliances
