Polling Unit 014 at Pai Ward’s Primary Health Care Center logged zero accreditations by midday, with Presiding Officer Gloria Oricha’s team waiting since 9 a.m. for just eight registered voters before 2:30 p.m. close.

BVAS machines ran flawlessly here despite scattered glitches elsewhere, Oricha noted, as the peaceful scene echoed at nearby Unit 013.

Officer Abubakar Suleiman reported no arrivals. “Some came but aren’t listed, they’re cooperating while we wait.”
