PENCAP Live: Update Your Pension Records from Home , No Office Visits Needed – PenOp

Pension Fund Administrators (PFAs) have rolled out PENCAP, the Data Recapture Self-Service Platform, starting February 1.

This online tool lets eligible Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders update their personal records remotely, skipping PFA office visits entirely.

It targets RSA holders who joined the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) on or before July 1, 2019, and haven’t completed data recapture

Pension Fund Operators Association of Nigeria (PenOp) drove the successful launch through its expertise in pension operations, data management, and digital optimization.

PenOp advised that users can handle everything online through any internet-enabled device, including live biometric capture and document uploads, adding that
PFAs review submissions, with automated notifications keeping you updated for full transparency.

Completing data recapture unlocks vital services like retirement benefits, retiree enrollment and verification, RSA transfers, and more. Act now to avoid delays, eligible holders are urged to use this self-service option.
