Obi Defeats Tinubu In Lagos , Elumelu Loses To LP Candidate

The Labour Party (LP) Presidential candidate, Peter Obi has been declared the winner of the 2023 election in Lagos state.

Obi polled a total votes of 582,454, to defeat his closet viral, Tinubu who scored 472,627 voted as officially announced by the INEC returning officer.

Also, the House of Representatives Minority Leader, Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, has lost his fifth term re-election bid.

Elumelu who represents Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency of Delta State was defeated by the Labour Party (LP) candidate, Ngozi Okolie,

According to the official result announced by the Returning Officer, professor Kenneth Ibe, Elumelu polled a total of 33,456 votes, while the LP candidate polled a total of 53,879 votes to emerge winner.
